Brave driver Mark Higgins has now lapped the famous Isle of Man TT lap in record time. Impressively, he was able to complete circuit in 17 minutes and 35 seconds at get this an average of 128 mph. Take a look at the video below to get an idea of just how fast this time is. Mark broke his own lap record by 14 seconds and which is quite interesting when you think that is a 37 mile circuit.
